Hackney Open
This weekend we had two lifters go down to represent the club at the Hackney Open. It was a great day and the lifters did us proud: Jade achieved first in her group equalling a PB total and managing a 4kg PB on her clean, narrowly missing the jerk. Chee also did a fantastic job, grabbing a PB in both the snatch and clean & jerk (improving a staggering 19kg on his best total) and landing him a very solid second place.
The atmosphere down at Hackney was welcoming as always and we are all looking forward to going down again for the next Open. Thanks for having us Pat!
