Bethnal Green Weightlifting Competition

West London Lifters headed down to Bethnal Green in force as guest lifters to try and hit some PBs, and that we did! Jade went 5/6 hitting a jerk PB of 67kg, while Chee and Shaun both went 6/6 with Chee grabbing a new PB total of 131kg while Shaun got a fantastic 106kg total in his first ever competition.
